David Gelman Esq. is the founder and lead attorney at Gelman Law Expungements, a law firm dedicated to helping individuals clear their criminal records through the process of expungement. Born and raised in South Jersey, David attended Moorestown High School before obtaining his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Arkansas.
Upon admission to the bar, David returned to South Jersey and served a clerkship for the Honorable John Tomasello in the Superior Court of New Jersey. During this time, David gained valuable knowledge and experience, as well as developed many professional relationships with area attorneys and judges that serve him well today.
After completing his clerkship, David spent a brief period in private practice, appearing in local municipal courts, finalizing real estate and business transactions, and preparing legal documents. In 2013, he joined the Burlington County Prosecutors Office, where he managed and tried numerous cases ranging from drug offenses to robberies and murder.
David's dedication to providing outstanding legal representation and obtaining the most favorable results possible for his clients led him to leave the prosecutors office and start Gelman Law. This dedication has resulted in numerous accolades, including being named one of 2018's top attorneys by SJ Magazine.
As the lead attorney at Gelman Law Expungements, David uses his extensive experience and legal knowledge to guide clients through the complex process of expungement. He is committed to providing personalized attention to each client and tailoring his services to meet their individual needs.
